Shipping Methods: We use Shiprocket’s standard shipping method to deliver our products, which usually takes 2-8 business days for delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order using Shiprocket’s tracking system.
Shipping Disclaimers: Includes delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, or any other factors that may affect the shipping process using Shiprocket.
Return Policy
- Unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
- Only one item in the order can be returned.
- Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- To initiate a return, email info@berryheal.com to receive a written return Authorization confirmation.

- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization confirmation by email.
- Return Authorization confirmation is valid for 10 days only.
- If the package is not received within the 10-day period, it will be rejected and ineligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned package.
- Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered an unauthorized return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
